IH Group founded in 2010, is focusing on tourism development project promoted by IH Corporation in Rota Island of North Mariana Island, and is planning to start its operations in 2019.

​

The major businesses are construction & operation of casino hotel & resort and production & operation of legal & licensed online casino. Besides, the first development plan includes Water Park, mountain & marine leisure sports, shopping mall, solar power plant and herb farm.

The second and third development plans will include public facilities such as pool villa, silver town, hospitals and schools. Some projects are planning to convert into EB5 investment projects with government's cooperation, which will contribute to investment immigration and expand employment in the United States.

These projects are expected to be smooth with the support of local government and residents. To attract a large number of tourists, expansion work of Rota International Airport will begin within 2019 with support from the U.S. mainland, which will allow direct flight from South Korea, the U.S., China, Japan and Southeast Asia to Rota. In addition, we are going to to operate a ferry between Rota and Guam, Rota and Saipan through consultation with Rota government, in order to provide tourists convenience.
